Refund & Cancellation Policy

CMSafety.ie is committed to providing high-quality training and consultancy services. We understand that sometimes, plans change. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for our courses.

Course Cancellations by You

To cancel your booking, please contact us by email at info@cmsafety.ie as soon as possible. Refunds are issued based on the notice period provided:

• More than 7 days notice: If you cancel your booking more than 7 full days before the scheduled course start date, you will receive a full refund of the course fee.
• 7 days or less notice: If you cancel your booking within 7 days of the course start date, the course fee is non-refundable.
• Non-attendance: If you do not attend a course without prior notification, the full course fee is non-refundable.

Course Cancellations by Us

CMSafety.ie reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course at our discretion due to unforeseen circumstances, such as insufficient enrollment or instructor illness. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a course, we will notify you as soon as possible.

In such cases, you will be offered the choice of either:

• A full refund of the course fee you have paid.
• A transfer to the next available course date at no extra charge.

We are not liable for any other costs incurred, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

Transferring Your Booking

If you are unable to attend a course, you may be able to transfer your booking to another person or another date, subject to availability and at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss your options.
